Introduction

It’s easier to pursue a goal when you can clearly see it! This exercise helps you imagine what your life could look like in the year ahead if it were truly amazing. By visualizing yourself one year from now, you’ll uncover what truly matters to you—without being limited by thoughts like “I can’t do that” or “That’s not realistic.”

This exercise is all about dreaming big. Don’t worry about practicality or how you’ll achieve everything—that comes later. Focus on connecting with your deepest hopes and aspirations for the future.

Instructions

  1. Find a Quiet Space
    Set aside time in a peaceful environment where you can focus and reflect.

  2. Imagine Your Ideal Year
    Picture yourself one year from now. Imagine the year has been incredible, and every area of your life—your relationships, physical health, spiritual growth, and personal achievements—is thriving.

  3. Write It Down
    Write out, in detail, what you’d tell someone about your amazing year. Describe what’s working so well, what you’ve accomplished, and how it all feels.

  4. Dream Freely
    Don’t hold back or worry about limitations—let yourself dream. Include everything you’d want, even if it feels out of reach right now.
