My Big Rocks

Something about priorities so clear big rocks are priorities

You can’t work on everything at once.

Some things are more prioritised to work on than others, and if you try to improve every area of your life at once, you’ll probably end up making very little progress anywhere.

This exercise is about identifying your Big Rocks—the areas of life that deserve your time and attention this year—and then choosing one or two priority goals that you’ll actively work on first.

Remember: choosing a priority doesn’t mean the other things aren’t important. It simply means you’re deciding where to focus your energy right now.
