Plan My Next Steps
Choose one important area of your life and take it to the next level, one step at a time.

Over the last few exercises, you’ve gained greater clarity about the kind of life you want to live, the person you want to become, and your Big Rocks—the areas of your life that matter most to you and that warrant your time and attention.
Now it’s time to choose one of your Big Rocks to focus on. You don’t need to change everything at once. Lasting change happens one step at a time.
In this exercise, you’ll identify what success looks like, clarify your next steps, and make a simple plan to help you move forward.
Don’t worry about having “the perfect plan.” Do what you can, and know that more important than having a “perfect plan” is simply to begin. Small, consistent efforts are what lead to lasting change. It is better to modify and update a plan that is 70% complete but already in motion and gaining momentum than to have an 80% plan—or even a 90% plan—that is sitting on paper and has never been started.
